Daniel Norpoth joins ZEMID as COO and Co-Founder

We are delighted to welcome Daniel Norpoth as COO and Co-Founder of ZEMID.

With Daniel, ZEMID gains an experienced entrepreneur and manager who has held responsibility at the intersection of sales, people, business development and automotive for many years. Above all, we gain someone who shares our conviction: mid-sized companies do not need abstract promises about the future, but partners who understand new technologies, recognise opportunities and turn them into concrete solutions and measurable value.

Daniel studied business administration and progressed early in his career from head of internal sales through national sales management to managing director of a leading provider of benefit and prepaid card solutions.

He then spent 17 years in senior positions at one of Germany’s leading staffing providers for the automotive, metal, electrical and aerospace industries. His responsibilities included People Services, Sales & Marketing and staffing services.

Most recently, Daniel was a partner at HAGER Executive Consulting, helping companies fill demanding leadership and key positions.

From a shared network to joint entrepreneurial responsibility

Daniel brings not only leadership experience and a deep understanding of industrial markets. He knows the challenges companies face today from different perspectives: as a managing director, sales leader, people expert and adviser to decision-makers.

As COO at ZEMID, he shares operational responsibility for the company’s continued development. Together, we want to further develop ZEMID as a platform that combines technology expertise, entrepreneurial execution and access to relevant networks.

Our ambition is clear: we want to help mid-sized companies in particular view digitalisation, artificial intelligence and cyber security not just as technological topics, but as concrete levers for competitiveness and growth.

With Daniel on board, we gain additional experience, market knowledge and entrepreneurial strength for this journey.
